Request:

1)     What is the full name of the man/woman who currently hold the de jure position as Monarch in Right of the Crown? Please provide all documented evidence Crown Estate (Scotland) hold to support this.

2)     Please provide a complete list of all current directors, shareholder and stakeholders of Crown Estate Scotland).

3)     Please provide all documentation under your duty of candour, for the process the Crown Estate (Scotland) use to ensure confirmation that lawful royal assent and proclamation has been given to the Scotland Act 1998 and 2016, the Scottish Crown Estates Act 2019, and that these acts are signed with wet ink signature by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Head of State and Monarch of the sovereign people, and state who is responsible for carrying out this act and whether they physically check these acts have been signed with wet ink as described above.

Her Majesty The Queen is Monarch in Right of the Crown.  Her full name is a matter of public record (see for example, https://www.royal.uk/).  We have no further information in relation to this.

2)     Please provide a complete list of all current directors, shareholder and stakeholders of Crown Estate Scotland).

The seven current directors of Crown Estate Scotland are: Amanda Bryan (Chair), Michael Foxley, Liz Leonard, Jean Lindsay, Andrew Macdonald, Robert Mackenzie and Alister Steele.  Further information can be found on our website here: https://www.crownestatescotland.com/about-us/structure-governance
