There are currently seven offshore windfarms operating in Scottish waters, with a total generating capacity of 1.9 GW.
Based on the Scottish Government's Renewable Electricity Output Calculator, 1GW of capacity is enough to power more than 560,000 homes in Scotland.
This interactive map shows operating windfarms and those that are currently under construction or in development (as part of ScotWind or an earlier leasing process). Details of the project, and supply chain commitments for each area, can be accessed by clicking them on the map.
The projects in development aim to start generating electricity by or before 2032.
