There is on-street cycle parking next to our office, where bikes can be parked (at your own risk).
Changing and showering facilities and a drying / storage room are available at our office. If you would like to use these facilities, please speak to the Crown Estate Scotland colleague who you are visiting and they can arrange this for you.
Our office is approximately a 20-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station and 25-minute walk from Haymarket station. You can plan travel at the National Rail website.
Edinburgh’s central bus station is on St Andrew’s Square, which is a 25-minute walk away.
The closest bus stop to the office is on Lauriston Place, a 2-minute walk away. It is currently served by the 23, 27, 35, 37 and 45 buses
The closest tram stop is the Princes Street stop. It is approximately a 20-minute walk to the office, or you could connect with either the number 23 or 27 bus services at the stop on The Mound which will take you to Lauriston Place, a 2-minute walk from our office.
There are tram stops at Haymarket, West End and St Andrews Square, which may also be convenient, and are all less than a 25-minute walk from our offices.
The closest drop off points to our office are either Simpson Loan or Nightingale Way, accessed from Lauriston Place.
Our office has no staff or visitor parking provision. We are keen to limit car travel for business purposes. but if this cannot be avoided, the closest car park is located at Simpson Loan, Edinburgh, EH3 9AU. You will need to enter and exit the car park using your contactless payment card. It is possible for you to pre-book a parking space through this website.
