I would like to request all email correspondence between Crown Estates Scotland and the Scottish Government regarding ScotWind.
I would like to submit an FOI for correspondence between Crown Estates Scotland and the Scottish Government special advisors and ministerial private secretaries.

Crown Estate Scotland do not generally correspond directly with Scottish Government Special Advisors and Ministerial Private Secretaries. We have no records of such correspondence taking place in relation to ScotWind.
As such, in terms of Section 17(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, this represents a notice that the information requested is not held by Crown Estate Scotland.
Generally, all of our correspondence with the Scottish Government goes through our sponsor team, Marine Scotland. If there is a specific line of enquiry in relation to ScotWind that you are looking for information on, could you please let us know.
As a public body, we have a duty to advise and assist requesters under Section 15 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. For this reason, we advise that a request might be better made directly to the Scottish Government.
