I'm looking for your policy on farm tenancies, specifically on the suitability of the tenant in respect of criminal convictions, if tenants have to disclose convictions obtained during a tenancy agreement, and if a conviction for Animal Cruelty would affect a farmers tenancy?

The only policy we have on farm tenancies is our Agricultural land reletting framework (September 2019) which is published on this page of our website : here.
We do not require tenants to disclose criminal convictions obtained during a tenancy agreement.
We deal with the management of existing tenancies in accordance with the terms of the tenancy and with the relevant agricultural holdings legislation.
