My understanding is that CES/Bidwells don't hold ANY boat owner contact details in respect to moorings associations' returns, do you? Even if you did, Data Protection would deny your sharing of such details with PP, wouldn't it?

Neither Crown Estate Scotland or Bidwells hold data identifying names or contact details of individual members of boat owners or Mooring Associations. Personal data about boat owners or moorings would be held by individual Mooring Associations.
Crown Estate Scotland take their data protection obligations seriously and would need a valid legal reason to release personal data under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”). This would apply to personal data Crown Estate Scotland hold or that Bidwells holds on behalf of Crown Estate Scotland.
