The total cost for 2023/24 falls within the range of 2021/22 and 2022/23. The numbers are not markedly different from preceding years so these figures could be taken as an indicative number, but are subject to change, as the figures have not been audited and reviewed.
As the figures for the 2023/24 year have not yet been finalised and externally audited, we have applied exemption 30(c) "prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs" to this part of your request. It is important that due process is followed and that Audit Scotland have time to conduct their audit which is scheduled to commence November and December 2024. Crown Estate Scotland then finalise and approve the accounts.
We have not provided the figures for 2024/25 as the year has not finished. This information is therefore not available.
