Please would you supply me with the following information regarding the above:

1. the text of Crown Estate Scotland's submission to Argyll & Bute Council, via Transport Scotland, made as part of the formal consultation which commenced in December 2023; and,
2. the text of the Council's response to the Crown Estate Scotland submission?

Response

1. Enclosed is an email dated 10^th January 2024 to Transport Scotland and the response to the consultation on a proposed HRO for Oban Bay referred to in that email. The redactions in BLACK’ contain personal data; exception 11(2) ‘third party personal data’ under EIRs has been applied to this information.

2. Crown Estate Scotland and it’s managing agent Bidwells LLP received no other response to this matter other than the confirmation of receipt email enclosed.
