1. Spend on Office supplies and associated products for the below financial years

• 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024

2. Start date and duration of contract?
3. Is there an extension clause in the contract and if so, the duration of the extension?
4. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is to be either extended or renewed?
5. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract?
6. Name of incumbent supplier?
7. How long have you traded with them?
8. If you publish your register of contracts and purchasing, can you please provide a website link?
9. Can you confirm if you have a contract in place for Tail End Spend.

1. Quarter Mile Office: 

   1. 2022-2023: £1,699.35

      Amazon: £310.01

   2. 2023-2024: £2,169.22

      Amazon: £145.55

        Glenlivet Office:

          a. 2022-2023 - £41.73

          b. 2023-2024 - £16.60

2. Start date: 1 July 2023; end date: 30 June 2027.

The Glenlivet office also periodically uses a local supplier, Moray Office Supplies, but no contract in place.

3. The contract is based on a General Stationery and Office Paper (GSOP) framework, therefore there is no provision for an extension.

4. As stated above, there is no clause for a contract extension.

7. Quarter Mile Office - since 2021

Glenlivet Office – As no contract is in place for Moray Office Supplies, no information is held as to how long we have been using this supplier. But it has been approximately 14 years with Moray Office Supplies.
