Response:
- IT equipment written off in 2022-2023 had been fully depreciated as such there was no financial loss. There was one device that had a financial loss of £38.30.
- Our systems and records do not differentiate between a laptop or phone purchased for a new role or purchased to replace an older device. Therefore 17(1)(b) of FOISA is applied – we don’t hold the information. However, our total cost of all laptop and mobile phones in 2022-2023 was £22,405.70, but this figure includes new equipment for new roles created within Crown Estate Scotland as well as replacing or fixing broken or out of date equipment.
