2. The total recruitment spend, in financial year 2022-2023, was £67,700. We do not organise our data in such a way that splits or categorises the spend on resignation/dismissal or recruitments for new roles (FOISA 17(1)(b) – does not hold the information). However, we have been able to easily identify that £22,000 is replacement spend and £8,500 is new role spend. The remaining amount is not classified or organised to distinguish between the split of resignation and new roles.
