The legend on the map indicates that the foreshore in North Uist is non-crown (therefore not managed by Crown Estate Scotland).
Except for the island of Ruisigearraidh where Crown Estate Scotland has undergone Voluntary Registration by way of Registers of Scotland Land Registration program.
Registers of Scotland (https://scotlis.ros.gov.uk/) would have information with regards to who manages non-crown foreshore.
