Enclose a map marked with Xs to ask if the whole area in question is owned by the Council? Is this the foreshore, known as dry shore (above the high water mark), as I understand the Crown owned the dry shore and sold it to the council in 1967?

Enclosed: plan indicating in purple the non-crown foreshore. Each non-Crown area is not necessarily managed by the Highland Council. We do not hold information as to who manages non-Crown foreshore once it has been sold or successfully claimed.
The 1967 sale to the Council is in relation to a small area of reclamation land at North Kessock (plan enclosed).
